We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a variety of options including nuts, eggs, ham, yoghurts, cheese. The hotel also had a well-appointed wellness area with three saunas, providing the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate after a day of skiing. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, just a two-minute walk to the ski lift and with the convenience of being able to return almost to the doorstep.

The location, which is however not necessarily a USP, since most hotels in Livigno have more or less the same location.
The breakfast was very, very poor. At 09:30 the breakfast buffet was empty and no refill was offered. Because we paid the room price including breakfast and the breakfast was so terrible bad, the hotel is definitely overpriced. The wellness area which is (like the breakfast buffet) shared with the adjacent Cervo Hotel, is very small.

We just returned from a great stay at a hotel in the center of this town. Best aspects were its central location, very close to the ski area, clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff, and delicious breakfast. The hotel's parking and transportation options made our stay more convenient and stress-free.
All was perfect.

The breakfast was really good, with plenty of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few steps away from the ski lifts and close to the town center. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and always willing to help.
My xmas experience was not as good as I expected. The room was not cleaned properly, and some amenities were not working. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and there were frequent connection issues. Furthermore, there was a charge for using the jacuzzi which was not made clear beforehand. I was disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, only a few minutes' walk from the ski lifts and close to the town center. The breakfast offered a good selection of food, with freshly baked bread and delicious coffee. The sauna was a great way to relax after a day of skiing, and the temperature was just right.
The Wi-Fi was a bit slow and kept losing connection, which was frustrating when trying to plan our day on the slopes. There were a few bulbs missing in our room and hallway, which made the hotel seem a bit dim.

Our group of friends had a fantastic time at this hotel situated right in the heart of a cozy Alpine town. We enjoyed being just a few minutes' walk from the ski lift and also near the city center. Despite reading some negative reviews, we found the room and bathroom to be clean, comfortable, and well heated, with all amenities provided. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we loved the delicious breakfast with fresh bread and coffee. We also appreciated the ski room for our equipment.
While the sauna was a great way to relax our sore muscles after skiing, we wished the jacuzzi was free to use, as it seemed not many were willing to pay the extra fee mentioned in previous reviews.
